Cancellation Policy
I value all of my new and existing clientele and am very grateful for your business. Please note that I require a minimum of 24 hours notice on all appointment cancellations. If you are unable to attend your appointment, please ensure you notify me at Tiffannie & Hair Co., as soon as possible. Late cancellations within a 24 hour period or no shows will incur a 50% charge of the appointment booked, added to your next visit.
Late Arrival
Late arrival may result in a shortened treatment time to ensure that the next client’s appointment is not delayed. Please understand that I cannot adjust pricing for reduced service time due to late arrival. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late I reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
